The Committee on Accessibility and Inclusivity is hosting its annual (online) abstract writing workshop on Wednesday January 15th at 3pm EST. The workshop aims to enhance accessibility and inclusion by demystifying the abstract-writing process and is especially geared toward students or early career scholars but is open to all. While we focus on NASSP call for abstracts in the workshop, we hope to afford an approach for responding to calls for abstracts more widely.
We will:
1. Review the current year CFA and its components in detail
2. Look at examples of past abstracts to learn from their strengths and weaknesses
3. Hold time to answer specific questions or workshop abstract proposals from participants
